This event is for anyone curious about sound therapy, looking for relaxation, or wanting to explore self-expression through creativity. It’s an opportunity to slow down, experience sound in a new way, and engage in self-reflection through poetry, journaling, or quiet contemplation.
We’ll start by exploring what sound therapy is, how it works, and its benefits. Then, you’ll settle in as soothing vibrations guide you into deep relaxation. Afterward, we’ll have time to reflect—journaling, writing poetry, drawing, or simply capturing a few words. We’ll close with a connection-sharing circle and space for any questions you may have.
